Dr Ling is very kind and gentle and explains things clearly and involves you in your care. She never rushes you and answers all questions. Also has a very good knowledge about diabetes and steroids and makes recommendations accordingly.

She's very caring. She listens to the patient. She asks question. She goes through all her notes from past visits, she looks at all the test results and then does her own examination. You can tell she really is there to help the patient. She's not like other doctors I've seen, where they see you and then leave all in 5 minutes or less.
