2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderDoesn’t seem too interested in one’s health. He forgot to ask me certain questions. Was more concerned about me drinking when I hardly drink and I didn’t have no alcohol levels showing intoxication or so.

2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderIt seems like Dr. Metha has his own agenda? Ordering tests that seems out of the ordinary. On a one-to-one basis with a patient he does not listen to the patient's reason for coming in and takes over the entire conversation and starts asking questions and ordering additional tests and procedures for a patient. It seems like he has his own way of conducting a patient's office visit and does not thoroughly let a patient finish the reason why they came in the first place for the office visit. It almost seems like a money making way for Northwestern Medicine to be profitable. My last office visit April 2023 Dr. Mehta ordered a CT scan and said I would have to check with my insurance to see if they will cover the cost of the procedure?! I know from past experience his assistance take care of all documentation and approvals with my health care provider. Dr. Mehta seems distracted and not focused on his patience well-being. I'm confident that Dr. Metha knows from "his own" experience with health care and health care providers how everything works. But he states that he does not know how all the approvals and paperwork gets handled through Northwestern Medicine & health care providers. 🤔🤨 Maybe all the doctors on staff at Northwestern Medicine should be educated and informed on how all operations within their "own office" works and our handled at your facility.

5.0 star star star star starHe's nice and thorough. I have answered several of these surveys in the past after seeing Dr. Mehta and have voiced the same complaint each time. The staff meaning nurse or medical assistant that checks you in in room has never been very nice. Not friendly, compassionate, very cold. I was so pleased this time with the girl who checked me in. I think her name was something like Mihaela. Eastern European accent. She is the 1st person I have ever encountered at Dr. Mehta office that made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was so sweet and made the experience so much better. I told her same and she should be thanked for the employee she is. I am not talking about Dr Mehta or front desk staff they're great. It's just the nurses or medical assistants that put you in room. Some actually rude. This time this girl was a gem. So nice. Made my experience so much better. You should acknowledge her for this.

5.0 star star star star starMy husband and I have been patients of DR MEHTA since 2021.I am so grateful for all the medical care he has given us over the years from answering all of our questions and concerns,managing our mediactions,evaluating test results, doing medical clearance for surgery,treating for any medical condition that comes up and making sure we get our yearly tests done.He is very easy to talk to and really cares about our health.His staff is very good especially Renee his nurse who is so caring and always returns phone calls.Recently his medical assistant has made many phone calls on my behalf communicating with DR MEHTA and getting back to me which I apppreciated, We feel we have gotten the very best care thanks to DR MEHTA

5.0 star star star star starHe's very personable and seems to care about the level of care he provides. Takes his time with you to answer questions and explains treatment details. I can use MyChart to do almost everything!
