Dr. Gallo was very professional and really seemed to understand my problem. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained the treatment I needed. Even though it was the first time he had met me, I felt that he knew me and understood what I needed. I felt confident in his assessment of my condition and his knowledge of how to treat my condition. I was pleased that he wanted me to return in a month to check to see how I was doing. I will continue to see him in the future. He did not seem rushed and spent a lot of time with me which I appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Gallo.
