The infection I have in my left knee is a life threatening infection without proper treatment- especially as I undergo very involved surgeries. He anticipates the necessary steps needed to get me in the best protected state prior to each surgery.

A number of these pertinent medical events were not available on the Northwestern Hospital Medical documentation as theses predates hospital combination. Then determined current medical conditions along with lab results. Dr. Lui then formed me of and ‘actions plan’ informing me on future action’s for follow up. Grateful for the thorough evaluation, consultation and care given. [name]

5.0 star star star star starDr was so polite, professional, knowledgeable, read my history before the visit and understood my issues from the start. He listened carefully to what I added. His questions were pertinent. His answers took me into account not just science. Incredibly helpful, intelligent, put puzzle pieces together, acknowledged what was unfamiliar, and had excellent advice. I felt heard, understood, and respected by this intelligent, pleasant dr. who really knows his skill. Feel very fortunate to have Dr. Liu as my dr. What every dr should be. He was generous with his time & patience and absorbed everything we disvussed and provided caring excellent feedback. He is what all drs should be like.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Liu thoroughly explained all the medical issues involved. He was very caring and personable. He was not rushed and spent a good amount of time with the patient. The outcome of this visit was excellent. Dr. Liu wrote & signed the summary visit for the DON at the skilled nursing facility where the patient is in longterm care. Dr. Liu agreed to call & personally talked to the Director of Nursing at the facility.
