Dr. Waite, her nurses, and nurse assistant did a great job. They were very helpful and welcoming. There was not a long wait and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and patient with my children. Great experience!

This was our first time seeing Dr Waite. She walked into the room and never introduced herself, just started asking questions. At first I thought she was another patient care tech. She wasnâ€™t wearing a lab coat like most doctors nor was she wearing Northwestern Medicine scrubs which seemed strange. She wasnâ€™t very personable. But I did like that she punctual.
